Your team carry out a number of cerebral and light physical tasks.
Overview:
All the tasks Involved In this team building promote Team work and Interaction with an emphasis on communication and assembling diverse Information to produce the final answer; The ‘Jigsaw’ effect. A mixture of light physical and cerebral tasks.
Task 1. Pre the actual team building day. Access the ‘secret website’ to be allocated a code name to use on the day. They will also learn from this site the ‘back story’ of the supposed ‘Mole’ within MI5.
Names allocated will be grouped.
For example; Daisy, Buttercup and Bindweed will be in one group and Peter Pan, Miss Muffet and Jack Horner will be In another. However they are not directed to this, but will work this out from office chat.
On the Day tasks.
Escape and evade. Light Physical
The teams will be tasked to travel from a starting point to a designated end point to deliver a message. This is played in the open and is observed by facilitators. Points are won and lost by remaining unseen during the task.
The object being to get as many of the team to the end point without being apprehended and removed from the task.
Code Breaking Cerebral
An essential for spies! This task will contain several styles of codes and how to break them. This will also be used in aspects of some other tasks.
Morse Cerebral
Teams learn a quick version of morse code to send and receive messages using wired morse keys.
Signalling over a distance. Light physical
Your teams will be tasked to send a message over a distance of 100 metres without any physical aids.
Covert Ops Light physical
This task is similar to escape and evade but differs in the fact that a physical object will need to be passed from start to finish point. Team members may be in the open and behave in a ‘natural’ manner.
Find the ‘Mole’ Task Cerebral
This is ongoing throughout the day. We will have eight facilitators in total, four of which will be suspects. Your teams will question these suspects to discover the ‘Mole’
